The staff made everything feel special and accommodating. they were especially attentive to our child. The room decor was stunning with exceptional quality. A highlight was the breathtaking views from our window which made mornings feel magical.

The breakfast could have included a few more local options for variety.

The whole place felt like a luxurious retreat, although it would’ve been handy to have a little more clarity with the air conditioning settings. The hotel’s dining offerings are a treasure! The breakfast spread is delightful, with a mix of local delicacies, and the rooftop bar is the perfect spot for a sunset sip. Plus, they arranged a flamenco show that was out of this world! The staff's attention to detail really made my solo stay feel extra special.

A few tiny niggles—would’ve loved to have room for my own chilled water instead of the minibar hogging all the space. Also, clearer instructions for the air conditioning and Bluetooth speaker would be nice.

The bathroom had persistent plumbing problems, causing water to flood onto the floor, which made the experience quite distressing.

We had a great time visiting Seville for flamenco shows and hitting the slopes in Sierra Nevada. The staff was super friendly, and breakfast was plentiful with amazing options. The room was cozy, and thoughtful touches made our stay even better!
